Do I have to purchase my inventory of uniforms with my uniform rental program?

No, Crown Uniform and Linen provides our uniform rental service free of any initial investment of apparel or uniforms. 

Does Crown provide custom embroidery & design for uniforms?

Yes, Crown provides in-house embroidery and emblems with customer provided artwork. 

Can I increase or decrease my uniform inventories? If so, how often?

Customers have the ability to add new hires, remove discontinued wearers at any point during your uniform rental service agreement. 

How many uniforms do I need if my staff works 5 days per week?

Typically a staff member who works 5 days per week and requires 1 complete change per day would need a total inventory of 11 garments. 

How is uniform inventory calculated?

Uniform inventory is calculated on a total exchange - if a staff member works 4 days per week they would require 9 complete sets of uniforms. We would deliver 4 complete uniform sets, and ideally pick up 4 complete uniforms from the soiled laundry, with one complete uniform set on the staff member at the time of delivery. 

I work at a hospital or medical facility. Does Crown provide medical laundry hampers?

Yes, Crown provides several options for soiled linens and uniforms including covered medical stands. 

Does Crown provide laundry bags?

Yes, Crown provides laundry bags and biohazard bags that are laundered to the same strict standards and guidelines as our uniform program.

How often can I upgrade/replace my uniforms?

Crown’s uniform rental program adheres to the most comprehensive quality control guidelines and we continuously maintain uniforms to the highest standards. 

Where can I find wash formula safety details?

Our procedures, wash formulas and safety guidelines are available through our sales and service personnel upon request. Your comfort, protection and image is our highest priority. 

Can you launder my own uniforms at Crown?

Our rental program provides the highest standards when it comes to quality and customer satisfaction. We assure your uniforms will be maintained to perform and represent your image in the most professional manner.

Can I receive my invoices through email?

Yes, Crown can provide customers with copies of your invoices via email. 

What do I do with my hangers?

Our sustainability program includes a hanger recycling program and our route service representatives will collect all hangers on a weekly basis. 

How sustainable is commercial laundry practice? What efforts does Crown take in order to protect the environment?

Crown prides itself as one of the most sustainable commercial laundries, our TRSA Clean Green Certification ensures Best Management Practices are followed when it comes to protecting our environment for future generations. Who do I call if I have a question or request about my laundry services?

We offer several options including direct phone numbers to route service representatives, route supervisors, service managers, service coordinators, sales representatives and district managers. 

Who is responsible for repairing uniforms?

Crown provides complete repair and replacement of all garments within the uniform rental service. 

Why do I have a dedicated service manager?

As part of Crown’s commitment to customer satisfaction our accounts are assigned dedicated service managers. 

I work for a healthcare organization, can you provide us with compliance information to ensure we are meeting required healthcare standards?

Yes, the Crown Service team can provide you with all the necessary compliance information based on your industry including our HLAC Accreditation. You can find a complete list of our accreditations here

Does your garment tracking technology track our inventory while it’s at our business?

Our bar coded uniforms provide advanced inventory management and uniform tracking within our processing facility. 

Once I sign my agreement with Crown, are my prices locked in?

As stated in your agreement, prices are subject to change depending on external factors but no changes will ever be made without clear communication with our customers prior.
